Logistician (mid-level)
CORTEK is seeking a mid-level Logistician that can develop and implement Item Unique Identification (IUID) designations and labeling and maintain an inventory of parts required for the task. Inventory will be required to maintain several small and pertinent items in our inventory to supply for repair/maintenance and fielding. Must understand the DoD requirements for shipping and receiving. Must be able to use DD250, DD1149 and DD2062 forms and other required logistics forms and logs. Must have a detailed knowledge of automated logistics tools and general Microsoft applications. A qualified candidate must be able to track and maintain sparing and build inventories for 30+ sites. Candidate will be required to meet with the team and Government customer to ensure all logistics requirements are meet weekly. Must be a self-starter and willing to take direction from the team leads and Program Manager.

Position is an immediate hire in Fredericksburg, VA.

Job Requirements:
• A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university or 5 additional years of experience in place of a degree
• SECRET Clearance required
• Experience with IUID labeling and marking
• Must know how to use DD250, DD1149 and DD2062 Forms
• Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Program Protection SME
(Part Time on call)

Bachelor of Arts or Science and 15 years relevant experience, preferred skills in personal support. Secret Security Clearance is required. The position requires 10% travel. This position required significant subject matter expertise in the following areas:
a) Program Protection Plans (PPP)
b) Anti-tamper (AT) Plans
c) Criticality Analyses (CA)
d) DODAF Architectures
e) Information Support Plans (ISP)
f) Net Ready Key Performance Parameters (NR KPP)
g) OPSEC

Cyber Engineer

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or Computer/Software Engineering from an accredited institution (or at least ten (10) years of specialized experience in the following areas) plus at least four (4) years of directly related experience in three of the following areas:
a. Technical cyber defense issues to include Computer Network Attack (CNA), Computer Network Defense (CND), Computer Network Defense-Response Actions (CND-RA), Computer Network Exploitation (CNE) and Computer Network Operations (CNO).
b. Analysis of advanced cyber threats, network defense environments and Intelligence Community capabilities.
c. Vulnerability analysis and assessments for cyber missions.
d. Computer Network Defense (CND) Infrastructure Support, Penetration Testing, Computer Forensics, Reverse Engineering, Information Assurance Compliance, Systems Requirements Planning, Systems Development, Software Engineering, Test and Evaluation, Enterprise Architecture, Network Services, Systems Security Analysis.

Senior Cyber Analyst

Five (5) years specialized experience performing work in at least four of the following areas:
a. Defense Information System Agency (DISA) network management tool sets that are utilized to monitor and manage the Defense Information System Network (DISN) and other enterprise services.
b. DoD Computer Network Defense (CND) data and tool sets.
c. Network Management and Network Operations Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs).
d. Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) and other Industrial Control Systems and analyzing and assessing these systems.
e. Network management tool sets used to monitor and manage Commercial Provider enterprise services.
f. Comprehensive gap analysis of policy, procedures, and configurations.
g. Analysis of advanced cyber threats, network defense environments and Intelligence Community capabilities.

Cyber Analyst

Two (2) years of specialized experience performing work in at least two of the following areas:
a. Defense Information System Agency (DISA) network management tool sets that are utilized to monitor and manage the Defense Information System Network (DISN) and other enterprise services.
b. DoD Computer Network Defense (CND) data and tool sets.
c. Network Management and Network Operations Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs).

Electronic Security System (ESS) Technician

Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in performing progressively more complex electrical/electronic system maintenance, troubleshooting, analysis, repair, and documentation of hydraulic and electronic components of ESS components. Strong electrical, hydraulic and/or Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) knowledge necessary. Demonstrated experience in system conceptualization, system level requirements definition, and system test and evaluation is desired. Applicants must have strong organizational, analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
