Integrated Master Scheduler/Operations Officer

CORTEK is seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler/Operations Officer that can develop and maintain complex IMS schedules. Must be able to work with team to develop detailed schedules and create daily adjustments. Must have a detailed knowledge of automated tools such as Microsoft Project. A qualified candidate must be able to build and maintain a program level IMS including major milestones and deliverables for several sites. Candidate will be required to meet with the team and Government customers to ensure all updates and schedule changes are properly reflected. Candidate will be responsible for taking notes and communicating them with the team. Must be a self-starter and willing to take direction from the team leads and Program Manager.

Position is an immediate hire in Fredericksburg, VA.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or Equivalent
• Experience with Microsoft Project (Must be well versed)
• Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Mid-level Logistician

CORTEK is seeking a mid-level Logistician that can develop and implement Item Unique Identification (IUID) designations and labeling and maintain an inventory of parts required for the task. Inventory will be required to maintain several small and pertinent items in our inventory to supply for repair/maintenance and fielding. Must understand the DoD requirements for shipping and receiving. Must be able to use DD250 and DD1149 forms and other required logistics forms and logs. Must have a detailed knowledge of automated logistics tools and general Microsoft applications. A qualified candidate must be able to track and maintain sparing and build inventories for 30+ sites. Candidate will be required to meet with the team and Government customer to ensure all logistics requirements are meet weekly. Must be a self-starter and willing to take direction from the team leads and Program Manager.

Scientific and Technical Intelligence Liaison Office (STILO) Analyst

Position Located at: Dahlgren, VA
Clearance: TS/SCI
START DATE: Immediate fill position
Experience: Four (4) years of related analytical experience supporting the Federal Government
TASKS: Demonstrated experience using sound research skills to locate critical points within a sea of data to conduct comprehensive analysis to connect the relevant dots. Ability to:
a. Provide relevant threat information by systematically examining various threat assessments and providing advice and insight about the potential threats to assigned Government programs (e.g., Radar, Electronic Warfare, Missiles, etc.).
b. Provide analysis for threat and intelligence efforts and participate/coordinate with appropriate external communities.
c. Perform daily research on published Intelligence Community (IC) reports and other documentation, assemble data into briefings, assist in building a data repository, and work with other STILO team members and applicable stakeholders.
d. Coordinate periodic meetings by developing topics, agenda items, recommended SME briefers & participants, and coordinate all logistics (e.g., rooms, IT equipment, handouts, etc.) and administrative (e.g., clearances, access, etc.) requirements.
e. Develop meeting minutes, action items, and recommendations as required.

Cost Analyst

Position Located at: Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD
Clearance: SECRET
START DATE: Immediate fill position
Experience: Three (3) years of experience and current working skills with ACE-IT, Microsoft Project software and schedule risk software, financial resource management and appropriation accounting, extensive knowledge and expertise in support of acquisition programs especially development and justification of cost estimates, cost modeling, DoD Better Buying Power initiatives
TASKS:
1. Develop, review and analyze cost estimates.
2. Prepare should cost/will cost estimates and analyses for assigned projects and support compliance with guidance.
3. Develop and maintain ACE-IT models of assigned programs and review cost estimates using ACE-IT software and apply tasks to the IMS/schedules, as required.
4. Conduct trend analyses to establish baseline budgetary data for inclusion in the budget and life cycle cost estimating process with prior and current year.
5. Develop & maintain links from the master schedule to the program’s WBS, cost estimation structure (CES), and organizational breakdown structure (OBS). In addition, the contractor shall assist in development of a WBS-to-CES alignment dictionary.
6. Create, maintain status, and update a resource-loaded schedule baseline/IMS that incorporates major schedule activities of assigned projects.
7. Review finance documents and conduct financial and schedule-based analysis based on the IMS in support of acquisition documentation (e.g., milestone decision approval cost estimates, APBs, acquisition strategies, LCCEs, etc.).
8. Provide information on IMS execution status to the Product Manager and assist with analysis of schedule variances to determine the IMS execution status of the overall program. In addition, assist with development of program-level schedule execution reports, which provide the level of detail appropriate for the Product Manager.
9. Maintain, migrate, and archive electronic program files in approved locations to insure data integrity, coordination, accessibility and security.

Cyber Engineer

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or Computer/Software Engineering from an accredited institution (or at least ten (10) years of specialized experience in the following areas) plus at least four (4) years of directly related experience in three of the following areas:
a. Technical cyber defense issues to include Computer Network Attack (CNA), Computer Network Defense (CND), Computer Network Defense-Response Actions (CND-RA), Computer Network Exploitation (CNE) and Computer Network Operations (CNO).
b. Analysis of advanced cyber threats, network defense environments and Intelligence Community capabilities.
c. Vulnerability analysis and assessments for cyber missions.
d. Computer Network Defense (CND) Infrastructure Support, Penetration Testing, Computer Forensics, Reverse Engineering, Information Assurance Compliance, Systems Requirements Planning, Systems Development, Software Engineering, Test and Evaluation, Enterprise Architecture, Network Services, Systems Security Analysis.

Senior Cyber Analyst

Five (5) years specialized experience performing work in at least four of the following areas:
a. Defense Information System Agency (DISA) network management tool sets that are utilized to monitor and manage the Defense Information System Network (DISN) and other enterprise services.
b. DoD Computer Network Defense (CND) data and tool sets.
c. Network Management and Network Operations Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs).

Electronic Security System (ESS) Technician

Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in performing progressively more complex electrical/electronic system maintenance, troubleshooting, analysis, repair, and documentation of hydraulic and electronic components of ESS components. Strong electrical, hydraulic and/or Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) knowledge necessary. Demonstrated experience in system conceptualization, system level requirements definition, and system test and evaluation is desired.
