Senior Systems Engineer – Automated Vehicle Gates (AVG)
(Full Time; Fredericksburg Office)
Required Education/ Professional Certifications
Bachelor Degree from an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, business or technical discipline.
Required Experience
1. Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in systems engineering with at least five (5) years of asymmetric capabilities design and integration work in systems concept development through initial evaluation;
2. Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in the strategic plans, systems specifications, design requirements, and system engineering planning documents;
3. Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in the interacting with system users to translate their requirements into systems, hardware, and software requirements and design;
4. Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in the development of test strategies and ability to solve engineering problems in the functional area to which assigned;
5. Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in USN AT/FP Access Control systems.

Emergency Manager
Required Education/ Professional Certification
Bachelor Degree in Emergency Management or ten (10) years’ experience in the training, skills and experience necessary to work with and support emergency management needs, functional and system level requirements analysis, distribution, establishing acceptance criteria for systems to support emergency management processes.
Required Experience
1. Minimum or six (6) years’ total emergency management experience with demonstrated professional and specialized expertise in the following areas:
2. Minimum of five (5) years’ or the six (6) years’ must be relative experience in the USN Emergency Management Program, Policy and Implementation.
3. Analysis and mitigation strategies related to vulnerability assessment, emergency operations, and related emergency management technologies.

Junior Engineer
(Full Time)
1. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The lead engineer will be the engineering functional lead and chief engineer for a small team providing multi-disciplinary support to a large government system acquisition program management office. Will serve as a senior advisor to government personnel. Duties will include planning, executing and controlling engineering efforts for Marine Corps tactical wheeled vehicles, and serving as the principle quality control lead for engineering. Strong communications and interpersonal skills essential. Will work with senior government personnel on a regular basis, and will frequently be called on to provide briefings and lead large meetings. Will be responsible for engineering quality management, to include monitoring and responding to customer feedback; development of procedures for system engineering and management and quality control; planning for and monitoring major system engineering deliverables; developing and managing to budget; and developing appropriate metrics for tracking and communicating performance on engineering tasks to the customer. May participate in business development and proposal preparation activities, to include identifying and responding to new business opportunities. Will plan and assist in efforts such as engineering analyses and trade studies; development of requirements and specifications, evaluation of engineering documentation; conduct of technical reviews; and other tasks related to system engineering.

Junior Engineer
(Full Time)
1. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The junior engineer will support customer efforts in the development and evaluation of designs, analyses, and plans related to USMC tactical wheeled vehicle programs and interface with the customer engineering, logistics, acquisition, and training development leads. Assist in the development of system specifications and train other team members on technical issues. Coordinate and work closely with other functional area leads and organizations as a member of IPTs. Will be required to develop, review and maintain technical documentation and drawings. Will develop and deliver briefings in support of acquisition and system development activities, to include acquisition milestone and technical reviews. Will coordinate frequently with internal and external organizations involved in the development process. This position is located in the Fredericksburg VA office.

Field Service Representative (FSR)
(Full Time, Blount Island/Jacksonville FL)
1. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Field Service Representative (FSR) will provide maintenance and logistics support at Blount Island Jacksonville FL. for Marine Corps Medium and Heavy Tactical Vehicles (MHTV) in the Maritime Prepositioning Force (MPF). FSR duties include the following:
• Analysis and technical assistance in failure diagnosis
• Analysis of organizational and field level of maintenance
• Perform extensive suspension inspections to determine maintenance trends.
• Analysis of electrical, HVAC and fire suppression system and assist in troubleshooting
• Analysis and assist in troubleshooting organizational maintenance discrepancies
through major component removal/replacement
• Technical guidance to maintenance personnel engaged in repairs
• Analysis of all Government approved engineering changes/retrofits to serialized fielded MHTV assets, as necessary to include:
1. Automatic Fire Extinguishing Systems
2. Improved Light Kits
3. Improved Egress Hatches
4. SL-3 A kit installation
5. Hydraulic Reservoir Sight Glass brackets
6. Tractor Ramps
• Support during training exercises and training for deployment to OCONUS contingencies.
• Research and analyze all warranty repair issues after being contacted by the using unit’s Warranty Coordinator to determine warranty applicability.
• Provide guidance in the installation of SL-3 Government Furnished Equipment
• A monthly report listing all vehicles and units assisted, support provided, and actions taken

Junior Acquisition Logisticians
(Full Time)
CORTEK is seeking an Acquisition Logistics Analyst to provide support to Department of Defense (DoD) tactical wheeled vehicle programs. The position is located in Fredericksburg, VA. The individual will provide direct support to the Government customer in the planning and execution of numerous acquisition program logistics efforts for legacy and future systems as well as technical refreshes/upgrades. Preparation of correspondence, documents and reports will be required. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the drafting of logistics analyses, trade studies, Life Cycle Support Plans and Cost Estimates, training plans, development and/or review of technical manuals, and other tasks related to logistics support. Ensures that all logistics support documentation is prepared in accordance with current Service and DOD directives and policies. Duties may include implementation of Performance Based Logistics and support of ILS and maintenance planning; research and draft strategies for supply support, test and support equipment, packaging/handling/storage/transportation, personnel and training, and facilities.
Positions are located in Fredericksburg, VA.

Cyber Engineer

a. Technical cyber defense issues to include Computer Network Attack (CNA), Computer Network Defense (CND), Computer Network Defense-Response Actions (CND-RA), Computer Network Exploitation (CNE) and Computer Network Operations (CNO).

Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in performing progressively more complex electrical/electronic system maintenance, troubleshooting, analysis, repair, and documentation of hydraulic and electronic components of ESS components. Strong electrical, hydraulic and/or Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) knowledge necessary. Demonstrated experience in system conceptualization, system level requirements definition, and system test and evaluation is desired.
