Training

Cortek knows training and training support.  Our people have a keen sense of the systems approach to training to manage the process of applying the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) model for instructional systems design (ISD).

Cortek’s personnel identify the processes, procedures, techniques, training devices and equipment used to train our government customers to operate and support a system.  As a key integrated logistics support (ILS) element, we understand the requirements for the training of operating and support personnel throughout a systems lifecycle to include:

  • Competencies Management
  • Instructor and Key Personnel Training (IKPT)
  • New Equipment Training (NET)
  • Sustainment Training
  • Resident and Non-Resident Training
  • User Feedback Events (UFEs)
  • Training Trends Analysis Reports

During the initial system development, our professionals emphasize a user-centered focus in the human systems integration (HSI) planning activities of the systems engineering process.  Selected for their subject matter expertise, training program experience and skill in articulating ideas in the language of the customer audience, they also refine the training concept as systems mature and manufacturing begins.  Finally, during production and deployment we provide expertise to ensure that training and training support products are properly implemented and evaluated.

The end result is that our customers are able to deliver comprehensive, cost-effective training and training support products to end end-users who are then able to properly employ and support materiel solutions to complete their missions.
